What clients are
saying about CMOR...
"I have had a very positive experience with
CMOR and its principals Michelle Henry and Amanda Barna.
They have consistently delivered a high quality research
product that has consistently satisfied my organization's
expectations. CMOR has recently helped us measure
customer satisfaction, public perception, employee
attitudes and various customer segments' knowledge of
services. I would have to say that their succinct, no-nonsense
approach to research has allowed my organization to measure,
and thereafter manage, many aspects of our operations
that otherwise would never been
quantified." Kevin McGee, Senior Director of
Marketing, PR and Specialty Businesses County of Summit

CMOR Service
Highlight- Focus Groups
Focus groups are an efficient
method of data collection in order to gather insight and
in-depth knowledge from a small group of people.
Examples of focus group topics include acquiring ideas
to improve programs, services, or products, assessing
opinion as to what customers or clients think of new
programs, services, or products, or obtaining
information that can be used to design a telephone,
mail, or web survey. In addition, focus groups
provide valuable insight into marketing and ad campaigns
whether the goal is to test messages or to review public
opinion of materials such as radio or TV spots and print
materials and signs.
The Professional Staff of
CMOR has extensive experience in recruiting and
administering focus groups and analyzing the results.
CMOR has experienced moderators on staff and conducts
recruiting for focus group participants.
In addition to traditional focus groups, CMOR also
offer the following services:
- Off-site Focus Groups
- Ideation Sessions
- On-line Focus Groups
- Web site Usability Studies

Amanda Barna, along with several
fellow board members from the Canton Ad Club
recently conducted a workshop on behalf of the
Management Assistance Program (MAP) of the United Way of
Greater Stark County on December 4th. The workshop was
titled "10 Marketing Secrets Every Non-Profit Needs to
Know." These secrets included writing right, marketing
on a shoe-string budget, social media, and the
importance of research and planning. The panelists were
Jessica Bennett, Sue Grabowski, Tim Kraft, Theresa
Griffin, and Amanda Barna. The workshop was attended by
more than twenty local non-profit agencies. Maureen
Ater, Marketing Director for the Canton Repository and
Chair of the MAPs committee stated "United Way and the
MAPs committee were honored to have members of the
Canton Ad Club serve as featured presenters at our
recent marketing workshop. The information and insight
they shared was extremely valuable to our attendees. We
appreciate the leadership and volunteerism the Club and
its members have shown through this important community
project."
