Target audience: This workshop is geared towards individuals who are responsible for conducting and overseeing online survey research projects such as an employee satisfaction survey, a customer/client satisfaction study, needs assessment, event feedback, or any other project in which an online survey is appropriate.
Description: This workshop provides participants with the background, knowledge, and tools to successfully design and administer an online survey research project. This is a ‘hands-on’ workshop. In the end, you will have learned how to navigate the software, design and create a survey and collect information.
