CMOR is looking for Telephone Interviewers to conduct surveys on various public opinion issues. CMOR’s Telephone Interviewers work a minimum of 16 hours a week from home. The majority of our interviewing shifts are evening hours from 5:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm. Occasionally daytime hours are available to interviewers with strong productivity as needed for projects. This is a part-time, hourly position, evenings and weekends, with active employment only during times that there is work. New Telephone Interviewers start at a rate of $13.00/hour with opportunities for monthly bonuses based on productivity.

The work we do is important and fulfilling. CMOR works mostly with community based and government agencies. Our research allows our clients to make informed decisions on how best to meet the needs of the community.


Absolutely no sales involved. Telephone Interviewers contact respondents by telephone and ask questions while accurately recording answers using a specially designed computer program which will lead them through the survey. All information gathered during interviewing (including phone numbers and respondent characteristics) must be kept confidential.


We are looking for dependable, motivated, and articulate individuals. Telephone Interviewers should have a clear speaking voice and be willing to follow set procedures. Ability to thrive in a Remote/Work from Home environment is necessary. Training will be provided. Candidates must be able to attend scheduled remote training. Typing proficiency and familiarity with computers is required. Preference is given to candidates with past experience in public opinion research, telemarketing, or collections. Candidates must undergo a background check and must be able to complete interviews with confidence at an efficient and productive pace while maintaining a minimum weekly production rate and minimum number of outgoing calls made.
