Jillian Bates, Call Center Supervisor

Jillian first joined CMOR in 2011 as a Telephone Interviewer. Since then, she has also worked as a Quality Assurance Coach and Trainer. As the Call Center Supervisor, Jillian is responsible for overseeing CMOR’s telephone surveys and Telephone Interviewers.
