Community Needs Assessments

Understanding community needs and measuring quality of life status are critical for many organizations. A needs assessment can help answer questions such as:  


•    What are the needs in the community related to the services and programs you offer?
•    What programs/services are needed that you could provide? Is there another organization that is providing the service or program you are considering?
•    How do residents rate various quality of life indicators in their community? Are there significant differences between geographies or demographic groups?
•    What are the barriers that are preventing them from meeting these needs?


CMOR works closely with clients to identify the focus of the needs assessment whether it is to identify new programs, services, or needs for organizational change. In addition, CMOR will analyze the results and prioritize problems, impending changes, and opportunities.
