Service Highlights
Organizations conduct Service Satisfaction Studies to identify:
• What do individuals who receive services and their families think of your agency?
• What could be done to improve services and supports and satisfaction of those receiving services?
CMOR has extensive experience working with organizations to identify both the focus and goals of the project to meet the information needs of the organization
The Monthly Satisfaction Study consists of a survey of both parents and guardians of individuals receiving services and Individuals Receiving Services. Each month a small sample of individuals receiving services as well as parents and guardians will be given a short survey. Monthly results will be tracked on an on-line dashboard which can be accessed at any time. At the end of the year, a full report with composite results for the year will be generated.
